Conference
A bit risky ? Doing it in the same time frame
Location
Zurich is easiest to organize and gather gamedevs to, we should try to do it for a first live event edition there to mitigate risks.
Respos
Tim and Luciana to make a list of theaters that could host the events and contact them to get an offer and their available dates. Luciana has another venue in mind which could be nice.
Find a board game association
