## SGA ZERO answer to the survey I sent to our 9 most populated studios regarding the SGA nor any answer to the mail or contact through Discord. BUT Maria, the head of the Sustainability in Games Alliance, has met with ProHelvetia's Luca Cannellotto at the Nordic Games, who said that there was a budget for these workshops and that they would like it to happen in the near future. So if our members actually want any kind of workshop and can actually tell me what they're interested in, we can actually organize this at PH's expense relatively quickly. Organizing these workshops soon can help provide the 100'000 euros needed by the Finnish government to match with 1'000'000 euros in funding. Topics are: - Introductory workshop 50 Min Sustainability impacts of the games industry: Where do - Workshop 60 Min Emissions and Reporting Scope 1 and 2: A Practical Workshop for Game Studios - Workshop 60 - 80 Min Emissions and Reporting Scope 3: A Practical Workshop for Game Studios - Workshop 60 Min Embedding Sustainability into Company Culture and Game Development - Improving energy efficiency of games ## Swiss Game Awards The Numerik Games is stalling Not sure it's going to be done with the Numerik Games association but there should be an event around this date anyway. Should have some news by mid july - is this enough time to organize the rest ? What can we do before hand ? Is there a base budget for this ? ## Fantasy Basel & Arcana SGDA "Staff" badges or merch so that people under our booth can be recognized as such Students would be interested to go to the Arcana festival and do the same thing ## Game Dev Space Few suggestions: - Creating an SGDA Git forge that people can get projects on: - free - with example Unity and Godot projects - with CI/CD available - hosted in Switzerland, heating Geneva water - Making workshops to teach about DevOps and its benefits using said forge as a support Git forge could start at around 15CHF per month for SGDA If too many people get on it then we can upgrade to a 45CHF per month VPS Any additional needs from participants are gathered here and then and raised to the board later to discuss how we should address them
